Our service

We usually communicate fully with our customer by email or online tool like whatsapp, skype etc to have the detailed requirements .Also we exhibit in the fair and talk with client face to face .And If customer have time ,we usually invite to visit our factory . If samples required ,we can send samples by courier to customer for confirmation .After order confirmed ,we usually strictly produce according to customer's requirements and our company’s quality controlling system.The sales person will track the whole time .When customer receive the goods ,we will supply fully the info on the products like assembling ,data on the product ,etc .If some spare parts needed ,we will send out by courier or include in the coming shipments.Also we can be involved in the marking by giving our advice and suggestion and solution .
